BREATHWORK WITH TERI

You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to “figure it out.” You just have to show up and breathe.
Come as you are. You are already enough.

Breathwork with Teri – A Sacred Return to Self

This space is for the seekers, the sensitives, the ones holding it all together. For those who are ready to let go of the tightness in the chest, the pressure in the mind, the pain in the belly, the weight in the soul.  I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to remind you your body already knows how to heal. The breath is the key.

As a trauma informed breathwork guide and intuitive healer, I offer sessions that support deep nervous system repair, vagus nerve activation, and the unwinding of stored emotion and survival energy. Whether you’re holding years of grief, burnout, trauma, or tension you can’t even name your breath knows where it’s hiding. And it knows how to bring it home.  These sessions are gentle but powerful. We work with the body’s natural intelligence, not against it.

There is no forcing. No pressure. No performance.  Just breath. Just presence. Just you finally feeling safe enough to exhale.  Sessions may also include sound healing, intuitive energy work, or vocal toning, depending on what your body and spirit need in the moment.

You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to “figure it out.” You just have to show up and breathe.

Come as you are. You are already enough.

 Your healing is welcome here.

Your breath will lead the way.  I love you so much

One of the key practices we'll be learning is Box Breathing: The 4-4-4-4 Method

This simple breathwork practice helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring you back into balance. Use it anytime you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or scattered.

 Step-by-Step:

Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts.

Hold your breath gently for 4 counts.

Exhale softly through your mouth for 4 counts.

Hold again for 4 counts before starting the next breath.  Repeat this cycle 4–5 times, or as long as it feels good.   Feel your body soften.  Feel your energy settle.  Feel your peace return.

There is more to breathing than meets the eye. Let's explore this world together.
